Yields with Yeudy LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates TradeEdge and TradeEdge Companion. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use these services.
Information We Collect
TradeEdge may collect information necessary to provide your trading journal and related features, including account identifiers, journal information, imported trade data, preferences, and information you choose to enter into the service.
TradeEdge Companion may collect and transmit selected Apple Health information that you explicitly authorize through Apple HealthKit. Currently supported information may include heart-rate and sleep data.
Apple Health and HealthKit Data
Access to Apple Health information requires your permission. You control which HealthKit data TradeEdge Companion is permitted to access through Apple’s Health permissions.
Authorized health information is used to provide TradeEdge functionality, including displaying health context alongside your personal trading journal and helping you review your trading activity.
Health information obtained through HealthKit is not used for advertising, marketing, or cross-app tracking. We do not sell HealthKit data or share it with data brokers or advertising networks.
TradeEdge and TradeEdge Companion are not medical services. Health-related information and features are provided for personal journaling and informational purposes only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
How We Use Information
Information may be used to operate TradeEdge, authenticate users, associate information with the correct account, provide requested features, synchronize authorized information, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and improve the reliability of the service.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers when necessary to operate TradeEdge, subject to appropriate safeguards and their applicable terms.
We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or integrity of TradeEdge, our users, or others.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information transmitted to and stored by TradeEdge. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide TradeEdge, maintain legitimate business and security records, comply with applicable obligations, and support account recovery or deletion processes.
Your Choices
You can change or revoke TradeEdge Companion’s access to Apple Health information through your device’s Apple Health and privacy settings.
You may also request information about your TradeEdge data or request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us through the TradeEdge support page.
Revoking HealthKit permission prevents future access to the affected HealthKit data but does not automatically delete information previously synchronized to TradeEdge. You may request deletion of previously synchronized information.
Children
TradeEdge and TradeEdge Companion are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as TradeEdge evolves. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page.
